Bespoke Dashboard is a private, personal dashboard for health, habit, finance, and skincare tracking. This page explains what data we store and how it's handled.
Everything you enter (daily metrics, to-dos, finance entries, skincare logs, progress photos, and account settings) is stored in a database scoped to your account. Every table enforces row-level security, so your data is only ever readable by your own authenticated session; we don't build cross-user analytics or share data between accounts.
Progress photos are stored in a private storage bucket, organised into a folder scoped to your account, and served only via short-lived signed URLs. No photo is ever public by default.
You can export a full copy of your data (every table plus your original progress photos) as a zip file at any time from your profile settings. Nothing is withheld.
Account deletion is permanent and immediate: your database rows and stored photos are removed, and your login is deactivated. There's no 30-day retention window or manual request process; deletion happens the moment you confirm it.
You can sign in with an email/password or with Google. If you use Google sign-in, we receive only the basic profile information Google shares (name, email), nothing else.
